Rakhee was an active member of the board for many years before taking on the role of Chair person.
Rakhee is a bright, enthusiastic and innovative experienced finance professional who has the talent to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment. With the initiative to take the organisation to the horizons which it wants to achieve. Working under pressure is a norm for her. Although, very driven, she understands that success cannot be achieved alone.
Michelle joined the board in 2023, picking up the role of Treasurer from Lindsey.
Jo James joined the board in 2022 and, with trepidation, took up the mantle of secretary from Colin Longhurst. Jo qualified with PwC in South Wales before transferring to Vancouver in 2001 and then to London in 2004.
After a brief stint back in South Wales, Jo moved to the Netherlands in 2009 and enjoyed membership of PAiE for many years before volunteering to join the board.
Lindsey Sanders joined the board in 2006 and was the treasurer for many years. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with ICAEW and has held many accounting roles, starting as an auditor with Crowe UK and her last role within a corporate organisation was as Investor Relations Manager.
Since going selfâemployed in 2020, she combines her love of spreadsheets and all things numerical with that of coaching. Recently, she graduated from Henley Business School with a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching for Behavioural Change. Having experienced firsthand the Mental Fitness Program, which is the backbone of Positive Intelligence, she is also a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC).
Tanja has been a member of the board for many years.
Tanja is currently Chief Financial Officer of WWF-NL. She has 20 years of leadership skills from various international organizations and complex playing fields with experience in working in large, multi-entity, stock-listed organizations as well as NGO, non-profit, cultural & fundraising sectors.
Rebecca joined the board in 2025, bringing a depth of experience in financial services and sustainability consultancy
With over 20 years of experience in finance and investment banking, Rebecca is passionate about helping accountants, management teams, and finance professionals to drive impactful sustainable finance and shine a light on new areas. As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Seawolf Sustainability Consulting, she provides independent sustainability advice, training, and research to a diverse range of clients across sectors and regions.
Albina joined the board in 2025 and tackled the website straight away, proving that she turns ideas into action!

Irina joined the board in 2026, bringing her energy, enthusiasm and multitude of connections.
Irina is a senior interim professional who loves tackling complex challenges around transformation and change. With strong analytical skills and a clear vision, she helps drive projects and strategy that make a real difference and keep organizations moving forward.
Chris joined the board in 2026, bringing some balance and technical teaching skills to the team.
Chris is a country controller for Applied Materials Europe, covering the broad range of responsibilities from financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions and transfer pricing.
